About the youth camp: Camp provides a unique and transformational journey for every
single attendee. In a serene environment, you will have the opportunity to immerse
yourself in knowledge, discussions and tailored activities. This camp is presented as a
Masterclass, where youth will learn to tools to help, explore and unfurl all of one’s
personality layers: physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual. Under the compassionate
mentorship of Swami Swaroopananda - the Global head of Chinmaya Mission
worldwide, this national youth camp and masterclass will feature dynamic and
transformational workshops for youth to learn the value-based wisdom.
Who are the participants? This youth camp is open to all the youth of New Zealand.
Attendees will be comprised of university students and young professionals dedicated to
the pursuit of self-growth. It helps youth, ages 18- 30+, develop a sense of unity and
purpose while realizing their potential.
Who will run this Masterclass? Swami Swaroopananda is a world-renowned public
speaker and expert in the field of personal, managerial and spiritual development. He has
inspired many successful business leaders around the world and guided countless spiritual
aspirants to great heights in their inner unfoldment. He has conducted hundreds of seminars,

Who are the organizers? The youth wing of Chinmaya Mission New Zealand called
‘CHYK’ will be organizing this camp. CHYK stands for ‘Chinmaya Yuva Kendra’. From
residential retreats, to one-day workshops, to seminars, symposia, debates, and
competitions, CHYKs around the world have continued to think outside the box and organize
unique, creative events, with catchy themes, relevant topics, and intriguing activities and
aims to empower youth with the vision, values, and dynamism for success in all fields. The
the motto of CHYK is ‘Harnessing Youth Potential through Dynamic Spirituality’.
While CHYK events differ enormously in style and content, the purpose and result of
positive and uplifting energy that characterizes every CHYK activity pervades each event
organizer, participant, and spectator are alike. All CHYK special events are planned and
organized under the auspices of Chinmaya Mission’s host of Teachers, who constantly
motivate, guide, channelize, and strengthen CHYKs on their journey of inner purity and
evolution.
